Jonesy Lures

Jonesy Lures are a hand made lure crafted by Custom Rod builder Rod Jones from the Gold Coast. A friend of mine Denis Shaw has been exclusively using Rod's lures when trolling for bass in Wivenhoe Dam.

When I am fishing with Denis on the dam I am surprised at how many Bass he catches using Jonesy Lures. Denis likes to use the Elle lure that Rod makes with the purple color being his go to lure. Denis won the 2010 Wivenhoe Kayak and Canoe Convention using an Elle lure.   Rod's lures are also popular amongst Barramundi  anglers as fisherman using his lures have won Barramundi fishing tournaments in Northern Australia.

Although I have stock of Rod's lures from time to time if you would like to purchase some Rod can be contacted here
